I don't wear heels and hose either - I'm in hot FL and I have to wear good shoes for my back. However, I have found that trying to fix myself up in the morning actually helps me work better. I get a lot more done when I don't feel like I look bummy.

I did find four linen shifts I've been wearing like uniforms this summer. Simplified my mornings and made me feel so much more put together. Yay for dresses!
